Has access to our current product catalog and pricing to answer questions accurately
Can generate a secure payment link via Paystack when you’ve confirmed an order
Will hand off the conversation to a human team member if your request requires it

During business hours, our human staff respond to messages directly.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to provide our service:

Paystack (payment processor) receives order amount and contact details necessary to process payment
Our website (WooCommerce) receives order details to create and fulfil your order
AI service providers (such as Anthropic) receive message content solely to generate a response; this content is not used to train their models on our customers’ data beyond what their own data-use terms specify

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain conversation history and order records for as long as necessary to provide customer support, fulfil orders, and comply with applicable Nigerian tax and business record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time (see Section 8).
