Can you help me choose items for my party theme?

Sure we can! our expert and friendly staff are only a call away. Kindly call in or send a DM or Whatsapp and we will give the best advise on trending themes and products suitable for your party.

How do I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept Bank transfers or cash on delivery (for non helium goods and for Lagos residents only). We also accept POS payment in-store. Online card payment is not acceptable as yet.
When am I expected to receive my order once I place it?
Lagos orders placed before 12 noon are received same day and orders placed after 12 noon are received the following day.Orders outside Lagos takes around 2 – 3 days to get to recipient, depending on location.Express delivery is available for urgent orders, please ask our staff for details.
Can I place my order to be delivered on Sunday?
Unfortunately no, we do not work on Sundays.
How long does helium balloons last?
Foils balloons last for around 4-7 days then it begins to loose shape.Latex balloons last for around 8-12hrs and they begin to drop. However treatment is available to make the balloon last longer. Please ask our staff about balloon treatment.
Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
We want you to love the items you got from us.However, we recognise that there may be a need to cancel your order.If your order is still in our custody, it can be changed or cancelled (non personalised products).If item has shipped, it can also be changed or cancelled but delivery is at the expense of the customer.Helium balloons once inflated and personalised goods cannot be changed or cancelled. Also wearable items like wigs or clothes once removed from the original packaging cannot be returned.
