Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase from Party Supplies & More, whether in-store, via our website (partysupplies.com.ng), or through any of our social media channels. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  1. ABOUT US
    Party Supplies & More is a retail party supplies business operating stores in Ojodu and Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. We supply helium balloons, latex and foil balloons, themed party goods, party packs, tableware, decoration items, baby shower and bridal shower items and other related products.

  2. PLACING AN ORDER
    When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. An order is only confirmed once you receive an acknowledgement from our team.
    Orders may be placed in-store, via our website, or through WhatsApp and other approved channels.
    We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where items are out of stock, payment has not been received, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
    For custom or personalised orders, full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.
    Order processing times may vary during peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Children’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.). We will communicate expected timelines where there are delays.
  3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
    We accept payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer, POS, and cash (in-store).
    Online orders must be paid for in full before items are dispatched or reserved.
    Party Supplies & More is not responsible for errors in pricing caused by typographical mistakes. Where a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding.
    Promotional prices and discounts apply only for the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  4. DELIVERY
    We offer delivery across Nigeria and other stipulated countries.. Delivery timelines and fees depend on your location and the size of the order.
    Standard delivery is processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation and payment.
    Same-day delivery may be available for orders confirmed before 12:00 Noon, subject to availability.
    Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.
    It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.
    Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery of the order.
    For large helium tank deliveries, the customer must sign for receipt. Return of rental equipment is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  5. HELIUM BALLOONS AND PERISHABLE ITEMS
    Helium balloons and other perishable or time-sensitive items are subject to the following conditions:
    Inflated helium balloons cannot be returned or refunded once they leave our premises.
    Float time for helium balloons varies depending on balloon type, size, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee a specific float duration beyond standard expectations for each balloon type.
    We are not responsible for balloons that deflate prematurely due to temperature changes, sharp objects, or mishandling after delivery or collection.
    Customers collecting balloon orders are advised to transport them carefully. We are not liable for damage that occurs after the order leaves our care.
  6. CUSTOMISED AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
    Orders involving customisation (such as printed banners, personalised gift sets, or branded items) are subject to additional terms:
    A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of order, depending on the value of the job.
    Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for customisation, including names, dates, spellings, and design details.
    Once production has commenced, customised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    We will share a proof or confirmation of design details where applicable before production. Approval of the proof confirms the customer’s acceptance of the final design.
  7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Cancellations must be communicated to us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
    Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
    For customised or personalised orders where production has commenced, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
    Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund will be processed in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
  8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read that document carefully. Key points include:
    Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase or delivery.
    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    Certain items are non-returnable, including inflated balloons, opened party packs, and customised orders.
    Our Return & Exchange Policy is available on request or at our store locations.
  9. RESELLER PROGRAMME
    Participation in the Party Supplies & More Reseller Programme is subject to a separate Reseller Agreement. By joining the programme, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and Conditions and the terms of your Reseller Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Reseller Agreement will take precedence.
    Reseller prices and discounts are not available to the general public and must not be advertised or disclosed.
    Party Supplies & More reserves the right to terminate reseller relationships where programme terms are breached.
  10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on our website, social media pages, and marketing materials, including product images, logos, brand name, and text, is the property of Party Supplies & More or our licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Supplies & More is not liable for:
    Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
    Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic delays, third-party delivery failures, or supplier shortages.
    Any dissatisfaction arising from the customer’s own error, including incorrect order details or failure to follow product usage instructions.
    Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
  12. CUSTOMER DATA AND PRIVACY
    We collect and store customer information (name, phone number, address, purchase history) for the purpose of processing orders, managing our loyalty programme, and keeping you informed about offers and new products.
    Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
    By purchasing from us or joining our mailing or WhatsApp lists, you consent to receiving communications from Party Supplies & More. You may opt out at any time.
    We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically.
  13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    Party Supplies & More reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and in-store notices. Continued purchase from us after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
  14. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or purchase of our products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
